Preschool is divided by grades and ages as follows:

Nursery - Children born in 2007.

Kinder I - Children born in 2006.

Kinder II - Children born in 2005.

Kinder III - Children born in 2004.

Prefirst - Children born in 2003.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE:

Beginning January 15, 2009, a predetermined number of admission application forms will be given out.

NURSERY AND KINDER I

1. Complete and return application form with applicant’s picture.

2. Interviews with the Preschool Director will be held starting January 19 , 2009.

3. Admissions decisions will be available two days after the interview.

4. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.

KINDER II, KINDER II AND PREFIRST

1. Complete and return application form with a recent picture of the applicant as well as a $1000.00
psychological assesment fee.

2. Schedule an appointment for the evaluation.

3. Submit photostatic copies of reports cards or grades from applicant’s previous school, as well as transcripts
of psychological and/or speech evaluations, on the evaluation date.

4. Undergo psychological and classroom performance assesment. The applicant must arrive on the specified
date and time for said evaluation.

ASSESSMENTS WILL BE DONE BETWEEN MONDAY,JANUARY 19 AND FRIDAY,JANUARY 30,
FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M.

After this date, testing will be done according to availability

5.- Admissions decisions will be available on or before February 9, 2009.

6.- Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.

ELEMENTARY

Aplications for admission will be handed out on January 15, 2009.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE:

1. Complete and submit the application form along with a recent picture of the applicant, as well as
photostatic copies of current grades and those of the two previous years.

2. Submit any psychological, academic and/or speech evaluations available.

3. Pay psychological evaluation fee of $1000.00.

4. Schedule an appointment for the evaluation.

5. Undergo psychological and academic evaluation.

6. Evaluations will be on Tuesday, January 27, from 8:30 a. m. to 1:30 p. m.

After this date, testing will be done on:

TUESDAY, FROM 8:30 A. M. TO 1:30 P. M.

7. Admissions decisions will be available one week after the testing.

8. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.

SECONDARY & HIGHSCHOOL

Applications for admission will be handed out on January 15, 2009.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

1. The application form must be completed and submitted along with a recent picture of the applicant,
as well as photostatic copies of the applicant’s current grades and those of the previous two years.

2. Pay entrance examination fee of $1000.00.

3. Applicant is required to take the Entrance Examination.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 27 FROM 8:30 A. M. TO 13:30 P.M.

After this date, testing will be done on:

THURSDAY FROM 8:30 A. M. TO 13:30 P.M.

4. The results of the entrance exam will be available one week after the testing.

5. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.
