ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE:

NURSERY AND KINDER I.

1.-  Attend an informative session during which a registration application form must be completed

2.- Call school during the first week of classes in January, 2009, to make an appointment for an interview with
the Preschool Director.

3.- Interview with the Preschool Director will be held as of January 12 , 2009.
Please submit a recent picture of applicant

4.- Admissions decisions will be available two days after the interview.

5. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.

KINDER II AND KINDER III.

1. Attend an informative session.

2. Complete and return application form with a recent picture of the applicant as well as a $ 1,000 .00
psychological assessment fee.

3. Submit photostatic copies of reports or grades from applicant’s previous school, as well as transcripts of
any psychological and/or speech evaluations, at least one week prior to the scheduled evaluation date.

4. Undergo psychological and classroom performance assessment. The applicant must arrive on the specified
date and time for said assessment.

ASSESSMENTS WILL BE DONE BETWEEN MONDAY,JANUARY 12 AND FRIDAY,JANUARY 23,
FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M.

After these dates, assessments will be done on:

WEDNESDAYS, FROM 9:00 A. M. TO 1:00 P. M

5. Admissions decisions will be available after February 12, 2009.

6. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.

The admission process, should we have space available, is as follows:

ADMISSIONS PRCEDURE:

Applications for admission will be handed out on January 11, 2007.

1.- Attend an informative session.

2.- Complete and submit the application form along with a recent picture of the applicant, as well as
photostatic copies of the applicant´s current grades and those of the previous two years.

3.- Submit any psychological, academic and/or speech evaluations available.

4. Pay psychological evaluation fee of $1,000.00.

5. Schedule an appointment for the evaluation.

6. Undergo psychological and academic evaluation

7. Evaluations will begin on Thursday , January 29 , from 8: 30 a. m. to 1:30 p. m.

After these dates, testing will be done on:

THURSDAYS FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 1:30 P.M.

8. Admissions decisions will be available one week after the testing.

9. Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.
