Nursery - Children born in 2007.
Kinder I - Children born in 2006.
Kinder II - Children born in 2005.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS:
NURSERY AND KINDER I.
1.- Attend an informative session during which a questionnaire must be completed .
2.- Call school during the first week of classes in January, 2009, to make an appointment for an interview
with the Preschool Director.
3. Interviews with the Preschool Director will be held as of
January 12 , 2009.
4. Admissions decisions will be available three days after the interview.
5. Admissions fees are to be paid as of February 16, 2009.
KINDER II. 1.
Attend an informative session during wich a questionnaire must be completed
2. Complete and return application form with a recent picture of
the applicant as well as a $1000.00
psychological assessment fee.
3. Submit photostatic copies of reports or grades from applicant’s
previous school, as well as transcripts
of any psychological and/or
speech evaluations, at least one week prior to the scheduled evaluation
date.
4. Undergo psychological and classroom performance assessment.
The applicant must arrive on the specified
date and time for said
evaluation.
ASSESSMENTS WILL BE DONE BETWEEN MONDAY,JANUARY 12 AND FRIDAY,JANUARY 23,
FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 12:30 P.M.
After these dates, assessments will be done on:
TUESDAYS FROM 9:00 A. M. TO 12:30 P. M.
5.- Admissions decisions will be available on or before February 1,
2009.
6.- Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.
ELEMENTARY
The admission process, should we have space available, is as follows:
ADMISSIONS PROCESS:
Applications for admission will be handed out on January 8, 2009.
1. Complete and submit the application form along with two recent
picture of the applicant, as well as
photostatic copies
of the applicant's current grades and those of the previous two years.
2. Submit any psychological, academic and/or speech evaluations
available.
3. Pay psychological evaluation fee of $1000.00.
4. Schedule an appointment for the evaluation.
5. Undergo psychological and academic evaluation.
6.- Evaluations will be on Wednesday , January 28 , from 8: 30 a. m. to 1:30 p. m.
After this date , testing will be done on:
WEDNESDAYS FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 1:30 P.M.
7.- Admissions decisions will be available one week after the testing.
8.- Admissions fees should be paid as of February 16, 2009.
SECONDARY & HIGHSCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS:
Applications for admission will be handed out on January 8, 2009.
1. The application form must be completed and submitted along with
two recent picture of the applicant,
as well as
photostatic copies
of the applicant’s current grades and those of the previous
two years.
2. Pay entrance examination fee of $1000.00.
3. Applicant is required to take the Entrance Examination.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 29, FROM 8:30 A. M. TO 1:30 P.M.
After this date, testing will be done on:
THURSDAYS FROM 8:30 A. M. to 1:30 P. M.
4.- The results of the entrance exam will be available one week
after the testing.
5.- Admissions fees are to be paid as of February 16, 2009.
